SEXUAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING FOR HIGH SCHOOL 05.03.2019

As part of the activities organized by the HS Guidance & Counselling Office, “Sexual Development Training” was held on Tuesday, March 5th. In this year’s training, Hulya Ustel Elevis, an expert psychologist and psychotherapist who applies transactional analysis, gave a presentation on “Growing Up and Taking Responsibility”. The social, physical, emotional and legal aspects of sexuality were covered during the training, where Elevis suggested students to satisfy their curiousity about sex through reliable resources and not to trust the information pollution on the internet. She answered the questions of the students after saying; “Each photo you share on the internet is like a trace you leave – you don’t know how and when you will come across it.”
