ZYGMUNT '24 MODEL UNITED NATIONS CONFERENCE 28.03.2024

Our school's JMUN (middle school) and MUN (high school) club students participated in the ZYGMUNT Model United Nations Conference organized by the American School of Warsaw in Warsaw, Poland between March 21 and 24. Our students focused on the theme of this year's conference, “cultivating sustainable communities through responsible practices”, and spent three days defending the national policies of the country they represented and seeking solutions to current global problems. Also, Our HS student Nil Payaslı successfully led the Human Rights Committee as our students from the HS MUN Club served as chairmen of other committees. our students took the chance to see the cultural and historical places in Poland and visit the Copernicus Science Centre, Wilanow Palace, and Polin Museum with our guide. We congratulate our students who worked diligently in their clubs throughout the year and made us proud with their ability to use English as well as their level of knowledge about the country they represented
