WE HOSTED DR. UMUT YILDIZ ONLINE FOR WORLD SPACE WEEK 09.10.2023

For World Space Week, which is celebrated globally every year between October 4-10, our 6th graders hosted this year's GUHEM National Coordinator Dr. Umut Yıldız in their classrooms via online conference. During the conference, our students learned about current scientific research in many fields, from the Martian soil planned to be brought to Earth to the search for life in the subsurface oceans of Europa, and got answers to their questions. The event, where our students had the opportunity to reinforce the knowledge they had acquired in science lessons, ended with a Q&A session.
