VISITING THE EXHIBITION CALLED “GAVUR MAHALLESI” 04.01.2023

Grade 4 students visited the exhibition called “Gavur Mahallesi”, which was set up by Ahmet Gunestekin at Kulturpark Atlas Pavilion. During their visit, our students looked at the pictures about the effects of population exchange and immigration while interpreting the meaning of the sun and colors used in all works of the artist. Then, they learned the meaning and story of the shapes symbolized in the pictures. During this fun visit, which was organized as part of their unit on production and consumption, our students realized that art is created with inspiration from real-life issues and becomes a consumer good with the help of its audience.
