VISIT TO YEŞİLOVA MOUND 01.12.2017

Grade 4 students visited the Yeşilova Mound, a neolithic site, in line with their unit “Where We Are In Place and Time” and experienced life in a 8.500-year-old village. They experienced wheat processing; did activities with clay, pottery, stones, axes, anchors and pickaxes; and learned the techniques of hunting. They also observed the excavation sites, restoration areas and the findings there while learning about the ancient times during this fun and productive visit.
