THEY PREPARED SEED BALLS 17.03.2022

Our 1st graders studied the concept of "Global Warming" in the unit "How the World Works". They learned about the impact of global warming on the environment, and they realized what they could do. Based on this concept, they read a book about composting under the leadership of Ms. Tansu in the library classes. At the end of the book, they discussed what could be compost material. Based on the book "Our Mission is to Save the Cores", they collected seeds for a week. They turned the seeds they collected into seed balls using the compost soil prepared by our middle school students. They packaged the seed balls to share with other elementary school students. They demonstrated a good example of what they can do together for the environment.
