SUCCESSFULYY REPRESENTED OUR SCHOOL AT THR IGMUN CONFERENCE 20.04.2018

Işıkkent was represented at İzmir Gelişim College MUN Conference on 21-24 April with three students. Derin Tırnaklı acted as the USSR Minister of Internal Affairs at the Joint Crisis Committee (JCC) to enact the Cold War Crisis. Derin Akdurak and Emir Pars Yıldırım were the Co-Presidents of the Social, Cultural and Humanitarian Committee to find solutions for “Decelerating the activities of radicalist movements with a focus on Neo-Nazism” and “Raising awareness to combat the increasing dependence on prescription painkillers and similar opioids.” There were two pleasant occasions as well. Gelişim students celebrated Emir Pars Yıldırım’s birthday with a surprise party and Efe and Ege Ergür visited the conference to support their fellow IMUN students.
