“SEXUAL DEVELOPMENT IN CHILDREN” SEMINAR WAS HELD FOR OUR PRIMARY SCHOOL PARENTS 26.02.2025

Within the scope of the Psychological Counseling and Guidance activities that have been carried out at our school for a long time, the parent training section of the Sexual Development Trainings we provide to our students was held this year with the organization of our Primary School Guidance Unit. The seminar organized with the participation of Specialist Clinical Psychologist Gözde Özgül was met with great interest. The seminar covered topics such as the characteristics of the sexual development period, the concept of privacy, the role of digital media in sexual development education and the importance of setting limits for children's safety. Özgül clarified frequently wondered issues about the sexual development of primary school children and answered the questions of our parents. We are happy to have organized a guiding meeting for our parents on this important issue that we deal with sensitively, and we would like to thank all our parents who participated.
