REPRESENTED OUR SCHOOL AT RCIMUN’18 03.04.2018

Işıkkent MUN Club represented our school at the 12th Annual Robert College International Model United Nations Conference (RCIMUN’18) between April 3-7 with the theme Political Polarization: Fostering Accord in a World of Intolerance. Eren Tunçer (Ambassador), Altar Gür, Arda Neke, Barışta Can Harmancı, Denizcan Orhan and Melike Taner represented the delegation of Iraq and Emir Pars Yıldırım (Ambassador), Ceyda Talia Alkaç, Doğa Kahvecioğlu and Selen Erbek represented delegation of Oman to find solutions to the issues in their committees. In addition to the delegate positions, Poyraz Yapalı and Selahattin Özbüker took part in the Historical Security Council to enact the issues of 1979; Iranian Revolution and the hostage crisis of the USA embassy and the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan, İnci Beliz Berik served as a judge at the International Court of Justice and Elif Güngör worked at the Press Team of the conference as a journalist and an illustrator.
