REPORTS WITH SUGGESTIONS FOR SUSTAINABILITY 29.03.2022

As part of the MYP Service & Action Project on “Savings”, which was initiated by the HS Maths Department to create a sustainable future for the next generations, 46 students in 8 groups from Prep, Grade 9 and 10 looked at how much electricity, water and paper are used by our school. Also, they studied the income and expenses by performing mathematical operations and created reports including some suggestions on measures to take. Then, the group representatives presented their reports to the committee, which consisted of our Administrative Affairs Manager, HR Administrator and the Head of Sustainability Committee, Head of School, Education Coordinator and Vice Principal. The committee members listened to the presentation of each report and took notes of the suggestions made by our students. After discussing these suggestions, our committee members will decide which of them might be applied. Based on the relevant feedback, our student groups will move on to the third stage of their project.
