PERSONAL SECURITY ON INTERNET 15.03.2017

On Wednesday March 15, two internet security specialists Mr. Nevhan Akyıldız and Ms. Sezin Küçükilhan presented a seminar on “Personal Security on Internet” to Middle School students and parents. The first session of the seminar was for Grade 5 and 6 students and parents and addressed the potential risks on Internet and how to protect from these as well as the unacceptable behaviours in the cyber world and their schoolwise and legal consequences. The second session for Grade 7 and 8 students and parents also addressed the potential dangers on Internet, ways of securing personal information, types of Internet crimes and legal consequences. We thank all parents and students for attending the seminar and hope they found the content useful.
