MODEL HOUSES PROJECT DESIGNED TO REDUCE CARBON FOOTPRINT 04.12.2023

Işıkkent Private Secondary School 8th grade students exhibited the house models they designed and created to shape our future in a more sustainable and environmentally friendly way. The main purpose of this project is to minimize our environmental impact by reducing our carbon footprint and to draw attention to a sustainable lifestyle. The following details were taken into consideration when designing the house models. Energy Efficiency: Equipped with features such as solar panels, wind turbines and energy efficient lighting systems. Waste Minimization: The house, built from recycled materials, keeps the amount of waste to a minimum. Eco-Friendly Design: Respects the environment with vegetation, rainwater harvesting systems and eco-friendly landscape design. We would like to thank all our 8th grade students who exhibited their work in this project. We hope to act together for a sustainable future.
