MAKING CRUSHED OLIVES 13.10.2021

Topraktan Sofraya (“From the Soil to the Table”) Club members are excited to start their activities for this semester. This week, they covered “Olive is Life” and discussed the countless benefits of olive, which has not lost its value and significance since prehistoric ages. Then, they made crushed olives and experienced the joy of getting involved in the production stage. They learned how important it is to protect and grow more olive trees for a sustainable future and became more aware of our responsibility in it.
