KINDNESS TOWER BUILT BY 1ST AND 2ND GRADERS 19.10.2023

Our students read a heartwarming book called "A Spot of Kindness" this past week. This delightful story emphasizes the importance of kindness and its positive impact on others. To further reinforce this concept, our students identified words that represent kindness and used those words to decorate lanyards. It was a fun and creative activity that allowed them to visually express the importance of kindness. In order to share our message of kindness with others, our students had the pleasure of visiting the second-grade classrooms. During this visit, our students engaged in meaningful conversations about what it means to be kind and how we can show kindness to others. They proudly displayed their kindness lanyards and shared their own ideas of acts of kindness. To showcase our collaborative efforts, we worked together with the second graders to build a "kindness tower" using different words that represent kindness. It was a fantastic learning experience for all involved.
