INSTRUCTIONAL SUPERVISION WORKSHOP 25.08.2023

Our school administrators attended the workshop on “Instructional Supervision” given by the Education Director Arzu Özçetin and the Aegean Regional Manager Didem Akefe Özkan from the Mind Academy. This approach puts professional development at the center of teacher performance evaluation instead of performance measurement. While studying the details of this topic, our school administrators showed the importance they attach to the development of their teachers.
