GUESTS HOSTED IN CLASS AS PART OF THE “HOW THE WORLD WORKS” UNIT 14.03.2024

Our 2nd-grade students questioned the contribution of people to their living spaces as part of the "How the World Works" unit. In order to support their inquiry, they hosted Ms. Banu Binbaşaran from "Yuvam Dünya Derneği” (“The Earth is My Home Foundation”) online in their classroom. Ms. Banu shared the purpose and activities of their foundation with our students and stated that they write books, organize events, and collaborate with artists and athletes to emphasize the importance of the climate crisis. Our students listened to the presentation carefully and asked their questions to their guest. We would like to thank Ms. Banu for her contributions.
