GASTRONOMY AND HEALTHY NUTRITION 28.02.2019

Grade 3 students started covering scientific principles in their English lessons in line with the theme “How the World Works”. They hosted Asst. Prof. Betül OZTURK, who works as the Culinary Arts And Management Department Head in the School of Applied Management Sciences at Izmir University of Economics, to get information about what gastronomy is and why healthy eating is important while focusing on the lines of inquiry. Our students, who really enjoyed this interactive presentation, are now looking forward to visiting the Gastronomy Department of Izmir University of Economics.
