EMPLOYEE TRAINING ON COMMUNICATION WITH TRANSACTIONAL ANALYSIS 27.04.2024

A two-day training on “Communication with Transactional Analysis (TA)” was organized for the personal and professional development of our school employees under the leadership of Expert Psychologist Hülya Üstel Eleviş and Dr. Gökşen Şimşek. Expert instructors Hülya Üstel Eleviş and Gökşen Şimşek explained the basic principles of transactional analysis and how it can be applied in communication processes while enriching the training with case studies and activities. Throughout the training, our valuable employees learned about different communication styles and how to overcome obstacles in communication. As a school, we aim to further increase our productivity by continuing such training organizations for the personal and professional development of our employees.
