CODING IN COMPUTER SCIENCE WEEK 07.12.2016

The Hour of Code is a global movement reaching tens of millions of students in 180+ countries. The aim of this event is to promote scientific and algorithmic thinking skills, scientific authorship and realisation of ideas through technology. The programme is applied as one hour lessons in more than 30 languages. Hour of Code programme enables students to acquire skills such as rapid problem solving, algorithm writing and analysing problems through different perspectives. The biggest advantage of the programme is that it is applied through engaging and interesting games and characters. The duration of the event is one hour. Under the leadership of ICT teacher Serhan Mallı, IEK students participated in the Hour of Coding event in line with the Computer Science Week (December 5-11).
