A JOURNEY INTO THE WORLD OF ART: TWO LEGENDARY EXHIBITIONS WITH ANDY WARHOL AND PABLO PICASSO 12.12.2024

Our 6th and 7th grade students traveled to the world of Andy Warhol and Pablo Picasso and attended important exhibitions as part of the visual arts course. In Warhol's “Icon of Pop Art” exhibition, they discovered powerful messages about social consumer culture through iconic works such as Marilyn Monroe and Campbell's Soup. In Picasso's “A Journey from Painting to Ceramics” exhibition, they examined the artist's creative works and how he transformed traditional forms with modern interpretations. This special day inspired our students and gave them the opportunity to consider their artistic expression from a broader perspective.
