A COLLABORATIVE ACTIVITY WITH GRADE 3 AND 9 STUDENTS 26.02.2025

As part of their unit on ‘Inventive Solutions’ our Grade 9 students have been covering the story of William(The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind)., who designed a windmill to generate electricity for his village in Africa. Having found out that our Grade 3 students have also been reading William’s story, 9th graders decided to visit their classrooms for a collaborative activity. In groups consisting of students from the two different levels, students first played an online game where they answered questions about William. Following that, groups were engaged in a discussion activity where they tried to find solutions to different problems around them. Finally, they transformed their favorite solutions into a creative picture. We sincerely congratulate our 3rd and 9th grade students for showing a great example of cooperation and group work despite being from different age groups.
