1ST GRADE STUDENTS ENJOY LEARNING WITH SIGN LANGUAGE ACTIVITY 10.01.2025

Our 1st grade students added color to their activities in the “Signs & Symbols” unit with the contributions of our high school students who took part in the “Language of Silence & Mathematics” project from the mathematics and competitions OSP. Our high school students had the opportunity to teach the most frequently used greetings, numbers and alphabet representations in sign language to our little friends through interactive activities. Our students learned the sign language alphabet and were able to show their own names. This activity helped our students discover the uses of signs and symbols and understand how they organize themselves. This interactive learning experience carried out by our high school students helped them better understand the place of sign language and symbols in our lives. The event was completed in a fun way, providing our students with an unforgettable experience.
