HOSTING BANK OFFICER FATIH DUMAN 05.01.2024

As 4th graders, our students realized the concept of "budget" within our theme of "How We Organize Ourselves". They worked with concepts such as need-want, income-expense and saving. They developed skills related to daily life by doing the "Budgeting" activity. In order to reinforce the topics we learned after these studies, we hosted a bank officer Fatih Duman in our school. Our guest gave an informative presentation covering the following topics: “What is money used for?”, “How has money been used from past to present?”, “What do banks do?”, “What does interest mean?” Our students, who understood the importance of preparing a budget, were encouraged to prepare their own budgets with our title "Let the Dream-Goal-Saving Journey Begin"
